9. Permits and Compliance

10. Insurance

If informal resolution is unsuccessful, both parties agree to attempt mediation before pursuing litigation. Mediation costs will be shared equally.

These Terms of Use and all contracts are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any legal action must be brought in the appropriate state or federal court located in Los Angeles County, California.
